Commercial Services Group (CSG) is one of the largest, local authority owned, trading organisations of its kind in the UK. Since its inception over 70 years ago as the supplies division of Kent County Council, it has grown organically to become one of the leading suppliers of products and services to the education and public sector, serving over 10,000 customers in 80+ countries.

Commercial Services Group commenced trading in 2009 and formally adopted the current structure in 2012/13, limited by shares.

Approximately 600 staff deliver services from six divisions, with revenues of c£400m and profits of  c£5m per annum (including the CORE Trading Divisions).
